The game moves on...

C is for CELLULAR SOUTH

Ok, so you all are aware that I stupidly dropped my cell phone in the toilet last night. What I found to be amazing is the first question that people ask when I tell them: "Was it before or after?" Gross, people. The toilet was clean. I pushed it off the counter by accident and it fell in the clean bowl. Now you all know.

Our cell phone service provider is Cellular South. Besides long lines in the stores the few times I have actually been inside, I have little complaints about the company through the years.
Until Now.
Besides the fact the lady LAUGHED at me through my large tears yesterday, the company does not support those Go Phones you all recomended. They do not have the card or something where I can share with Trey, or somthing. I don't know. I didn't really listen. All that matters is I can't pay the $20 and get a phone. My nerves are shot, people.

"Fine. I don't want to do business with you anymore. Just cancel my contract." - Heather

"Ok, that is fine. Just send a check in the amount of $650 to Cellular South and I will be happy to cancel your contract" - mean CS lady

UGH. NO. I do NOT want to pay you 700 dollars!

So now I am stuck. I can't go on without a phone, so obviously I will be sucking up my pride and walking back in the store this afternoon to pay the $115 for the phone. The money is not the issue - it's the principle of it all!

Anyway, thanks for letting me vent.
Hopefully D will be a fun letter. Like D is for delicous ice cream or daffodils. I don't know. You will just have to wait until tomorrow.

Hey Heather. The same thing happened to my mom. She washed her phone by accident. Anyway, she took out the sim card and bought a $20 go phone from wal-mart and put her card in it until she was due for a free upgrade. It worked fine and she saved $200. Just a thought!

Ask for a used cell phone. Sometimes they have the used phones that are cheaper.
